I cannot tell you how much I love this place, even though it's a bit out of the way for me. The salad bar always tastes fresh,... and when I'm observant enough to be there for their pastas, it is fantastic. But the pizza... Considering the Parlor's focus isthe pizza, it should be no surprise that they deliver absolute quality. Here, there is none of the grease that turns one'sstomach, like you get at some other pizza buffets. The crust is always crisp, and the ingredients are top-notch. At acomparable price to other, more established buffets, it should be no contest: Heritage is the best pizza buffet the Fort Smitharea has to offer. Read more
Heritage Pizza makes very delicious pizzas. I do not have an issue with the food, however, I do have an issue with their... business practices We called in a pick up order on Friday, 8-19. I arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later. The girl walkedto the kitchen and brought two large pizzas to the register. It was at that time that I had to pay a "non cash service fee" of1.16 then on top of that, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip? I swear to God....if I (we) we're sitting at a table beingwaited on then yes, I would have left a generous tip. But to leave a tip for someone walking and bringing my order to theregister....hell no! If they are not making enough money where they have to "ask" for a tip, then they need to go get a job thatpays more. In today's time and economy, our money is just as hard to get as theirs, at least we don't go around asking fortips. I also asked for plenty of cheese and pepper packs. I was given three packs of cheese and four packs of peppers for twolarge pizzas. I (we) will not be going back again. Read more
