I always love firehouse sub. However, tonight I pre ordered so my boyfriend can pick it up on his way home for work. When he got... there they asked if he was Matt, he said ?Yes I am Matt? and the employee handed them the bag. I then got a call when I was athome (I provided my number) and the lady on the phone just says ?yeah he took the wrong order? as if that was his fault. Theynever apologized or even offered to deliver the food since it was not our fault. When he got to the store they blamed him eventhough he repeated the name back and they said yes, for Matt. Are they insane? $23.00 for a sub??? You'd think for that price you'd be served artisnal bread baked fresh in front of you. That... the meat was hand carved and cured by their very own butcher and the veggies were grown in their own garden for the prices theycharge. Is it good?
