Pretty good food as fast food goes. I really enjoyed my double Angus burger with bacon and cheese. Great onion rings as well!
Just visiting Barrie and decided to order Harvey?s and Swiss Chalet?s drive thru. The employee is extremely pretentious and... arrogant while taking my order. I understand that the chicken may take some time to prepare. But they gave unclear instructionsabout parking to wait for the meal. I just drove back to the front at the pickup slots where they can see me for sure, didn?tget anything for 20 min. When I drove back to the window the employee is so impatient to tell me that they couldn?t find me. Atthe same time I saw other frustrated drivers parked just right at the parkway and blocked the driveway. When I parked behindthem, the guy at the window just yelled at me so I had to back up my car in the lane and took the order. I didn?t lose my mannerfor the entire encounter, even after I didn?t get my food after 20 min, but the guy at the window seems just too pretentious tobe serving. Ordered salad, and paid, thru online app. When I arrived at the store, I was told, non-chalantly, they have no salad, and... haven't had salad for a week. Did not even offer to refund my money. Just a blank stare from staff. Why did the app even acceptmy order, and waste my time??? I was eventually reimbursed for my order, after I insisted. Overall horrible serviceexperience. Avoid this store, and be aware - their drive-through window is pathetically slow. Read more
