I had a horrible experience at this establishment. Prior to spending $150 on gift cards in December 2021, I had never shopped at... a Lindt store before. After Christmas, one of my co-workers, to whom I had given a $50 gift card, told me that he had beenunable to use it. I felt so pathetic for gifting something that didn't work. I went to the location as soon as possible torectify the issue. They told me that they had no idea what the issue was but that they would pass it on to a manger. Over thecourse of the next month I returned several times for more information and got nothing. I was also repeatedly told that I wouldreceived a phone call but I was only called after the resolution. Finally, a month and a half after I had purchased the giftcards, they issued a new one. In my opinion, this could have been a simple fix, but what do I know? I only know that I feltlike a complete loser for giving a useless gift and that I was left on the wayside by Lindt. Once they had my money, theycouldn't care less about solving the problem. I think that the most disgusting thing was that they didn't offer me anything tomake up for their miserable, pitiful service. Furthermore, when I asked if they would do anything, I was simply told,"No." I'll never again darken the door of this place, or of any other bearing the same name, unless something is done torecompense me. In that case, I'll change this review. Until then, my advice remains the same: avoid Lindt. Read more

Horrible experience, every time you go into that store, the arrogant staff member yells at the customers to sanitize their... hands. Even though you have your own sanitizer which we bring into the store with me & say we use our own sanitizer which by theway does absolutely nothing to combat the omicron virus, these staff members continue to babble at you in a aggressive voice. Ithas come to a point, l will no longer go into this store anymore. Just a brutal attitude. Just be aware of this tactic if youhave to shop there. Read more
