My food arrived with the tacos completely fallen out in a mess in the box. When I called they said to come in and that they... would remake them. I arrived and was told the manager was not in but said that they would not be remaking the food. They went onto insult me tell me I was asking for free food when I was told the food would be ready when I got there. This was also aftershowing them the pictures of the food in the garbage. All I wanted was the food we paid for. Complete waste of money and theemployees were rude. My pregnant girlfriend was in tears over this and was very upset when I arrived home again without the foodso I had to go elsewhere. Skip the dishes also refused to refund the meal stating that it was a packaging issue from thereataurant, but they blamed skip. So instead of providing customer service, they pointed fingers. Worst customer serviceexperience I've ever had. I went to another Mucho Burrito and they stated they hear complaints about this location all the time.As a business owner myself, I am in disbelief.
