Ordered two mini chicken sandwiches. Poor value for the money. Also something tasted off about the chicken that day and sure... enough had food poisoning for the rest of the day. It was the first and only thing I ate that day. Don't think I will beback... I used to love Popeyes but they have lost their way with their rapid popularity. I visited this store on a Sunday around lunch time. store was busy both with people dining in and taking out. I placed my order... online and when I got to the counter the exact time left until my order was ready was communicated to me. their customer servicecould benefit from staff wearing smile but service was fast and accurate, and food quality was good. After a long time, I went to Popeyes to try their food. One particular employee was the front cashier named Tipu, who made my... experience so wonderful. I did not know what to order but he was very informative and knowledgeable. He helped me choice myorder with the best deal. The only regret I have is that I did not give him my phone number. Very upset at the customer service at this location. We purchase Popeye?s all the time and clearly know the difference between... mild and spicy chicken, which is why we were disappointed to find that we received mild instead of spicy after getting home withour meal. And then when we called to inform this store, they had the nerve to basically tell us that we don?t know thedifference and that they gave us spicy because it said so on the receipt, and that we could go back to the store to get hotsauce. Really?!?!?!!! Spicy has red seasoning in the skin, this obviously did not. This will be the last time I order from thisstore. Read more

Service was excellent. Took a little while to get our food but the employees updated us on how much longer it would take and... were very polite! My only complaint is the size of the wings... it looks like they deep fried chicken bones and called it a day.These are the smallest, most pathetic looking wings I have ever seen. Popeyes has become one of my fave fast food eateries. This restaurant is open for walk-in orders, and the location is clean,... plus the drive-thru awaits.
