Very dry meat, they don?t have big traffic of people and you can taste that the meat is from yesterday! Not only that the meat... is dry they have the smallest meat portion that I have even seen. I tried them in Mississauga everything was amazing the Barrielocation is horrible! When you order king wrap you would expect extra meat, not extra bread! Horrible! Had chicken shawarma plate and it was really good. Large portion of chicken, lettuce was fresh like a slaw, the pickles and... turnips were excellent. They have a nice garlic and hit sauce. Shawarma Royale basically stole my girlfriend's money. She showed them the transaction went through and they were like "not on... our side". So she had to ask her bank to issue a refund. She told them they have to call their bank to fix it and they justwalked away from her, not calling the bank, just taking other orders. Abysmal service. The food is good but their customerservice is atrocious. This is how you lose a customer forever. I do not recommend it. Read more
