It was mine and my husband's first time trying Primo pizza. I ordered for take out and the time they said it'd be ready was... accurate. We ordered the Italian beef pizza. I didn't realize that it doesn't come with any sauce, just olive oil on the crust.The flavor was great, absolutely loved it, however, because there was no sauce it was too much crust for my personal liking. Iwould still give the pizza itself a 4 out lof 5 though. Now, this was more of a misinterpretation of their menu rather thantheir mistake..... However, when I called to ask them about why the pizza didn't have sauce they politely explained to me thatit didn't come with sauce. Not once did they sound impatient or annoyed with me and actually offered to make it right. Thistime we got the Italian beef pizza with the traditional red sauce and hot giardiniera peppers. I worked here for the summer and am so thankful to have had such an amazing experience. The Primo Team is extremely kind and... fun, the customers are so friendly, and the food is absolutely incredible. The first time I tried their thin crust Primo quicklybecame my favorite pizza place!! Definitely recommend the gyro pizza and eggplant parmesan too! Can?t wait to come back soon. Read more
