My wife ordered a box of coffee an hour before I went to pick it up. The woman who took her order said it would be ready at... 5:30. This was a half hour before close and when I got there the three workers seemed more interested in cleaning up thanassisting myself or the other customer that was there. When I was waited on, the man who waited on me, said they don't takeorders over the phone and they had to make order from scratch. Ten minutes later the box was leaking, so they had to makeagain, which I really appreciated. The man that waited on me handled the situation well, otherwise 1 star for service. Read more
Great store. It IS open on Tuesday and Wednesday, but it seems like a Local Guide keeps changing it to incorrect information.
I ordered 3 simple lattes to go and arrived at the store exactly at the time it said it would be ready for pick up (4:12). The... drinks Were not ready so I used the restroom. I came out still no lattes. 10 minutes past my pick up and After watchingseveral people order at the counter leave I finally asked where our drinks were. The woman behind the espresso machines pointedto the counter behind her said they were right there. She Didn?t not attempt to hand me the lattes. The other employee tookanother new order and ignored my request. When we asked a third time to be handed our finished coffees it was with an eye rolland delivered to the dirty pick up table. The table was littered with coffee that had been sitting there since 7:30 am. Theemployees were too busy worrying about cleaning up for closing (2 hours later) than actually helping the customers. Worst service ever every time I go there. They have more staff than customers in the store and I still waited 25 mins for my... drink. No one is helping customers but doing other things in the store. One person making drinks on the far end of the store andstacks the orders but no one brings them to the other end where the customers are. Terrible. Read more
