We visit Chili's at least two times a week and the food and service is usually great. But this time the service sucked. Our food... took 35 minutes to cook. About 10-12 minutes longer than normal. When we got our food it was cold on some items and burnt onothers. The manager, Cassie, took care of us and apologized for our problems. It must've just been an off night for them. The staff was very accommodating to my requests for my autistic daughter. They found the table with the least amount of noise,... and was able to order an item not normally ordered by itself. We have had very poor experiences in various Chili's before so my expectations were low. This was our first time going out to... eat at this location. We arrived on a Saturday night around 730pm. It was very busy inside, but we were seated within 10minutes. Our server was amazing; I really wish I caught his name. We chatted and compared our matching rings. I know the kitchenalso does delivery service orders, so I expected to wait a while for our food. I ordered the seasonal fangtastic margarita andit was out in a flash. It was made perfectly! Our food was out very quickly and everything was exactly as ordered. The foodrunner even stayed to ask if we needed anything else.
