Wow! I can't imagine having a customer ask me about how to order food and then as rudely as possible telling them that the only... way to get a Chili's order is through the Door Dash app. I was literally AT CHILI'S and I can't order. Mannnnn, the new BrickTown Brewery is gonna smoke you guys right out of business! And good! Ordered 22 boneless wings tonight was absolutely amazing, will definitely order my wings for now on from u all
Last few times I've ordered they've barely had any sauce on the wings. The first time I thought maybe just a fluke or... overlooked. This is third to go order through DoorDash in a row that the wings were almost dry. Obvious attempt at cuttingcosts at the expense of quality. I will no longer be eating here. Read more

The bone-in wings were very crisp and delicious and the boneless wings were nicely coated in sauce and very good for the price,... the fries were a little soggy though but I suggest if you guys used better boxes that vented the steam the food quality would beway better and last alot longer and I guarantee your ratings and sales would go up as well.
