This was hands down the single best croissant I have ever had in my entire life. Tried the spinach and ricotta croissant and the... tomato onion and cheddar croissant. Then I had a religious experience eating them in my car so I went back for the ham andcheese. Apparently the woman in front of me in line had done the exact same thing. My cousin makes the best pastries and breads... just got my raisin bread today and it was a delicious treat when I got home!
Erin is amazing! She worked with my husband and I on the look of our wedding cake. She made some cupcakes for us to try to pick... the flavor we wanted. We went with a two tier lemon cake with raspberry jam filling with lemon buttercream. It was delicious andeveryone loved it! She also made my mom 12 cupcakes two different flavors per 6, and everyone who had a cupcake enjoyed them. Myhusband got his own Carrot cupcakes and love them so much! We appreciate her so much. There aren't enough stars to accurately rate this bakery! I ordered multiple items, tomato basil soup, a loaf of cinnamon swirl... bread, pieces of pie, oatmeal raisin cookies. Now my problem is I'm back in Maine and going through withdrawal. The oatmealraisin cookies were the best I've ever had. I unfortunately didn't find this out until I was 35 miles away and regretted notbuying more. The outside of the cookie was PERFECTLY BAKED, with a light brown crispy texture. The inside was moist andflavorful. The contrast in texture makes them a home run! The tomato basil soup will knock your socks off. The flavors areoutstanding, the texture is substantial, or hearty.
