Gross, cold and unhygienic. I keep trying to give this location a chance but they always revert back to there old ways. My rice... was cold and clumped up. The steak felt like it had been sitting out all day. The location by the Bridgewater Mall is great, Iwouldn?t serve tonight?s food to a dog. This has got to be privately owned because there is no way a Corporate location wouldallow this. I never throw food out but I honestly feel like I would have puked eating that slop. My mom and I were passing through and stopped around 9:15pm (they close at 10), they did not have several food items claiming... they were getting things ready for close. When asked, they denied being able to make it. Also, one of the employees was sprayingcleaner right next to our food bowls being made. All the food was cold and not good. Do not recommend stopping. Great place for over priced tacos. Keeping this real, this establishment is a bit pricey for mexican food. The taste of their... food is okay, a bit conservative on the flavor side. However, the dining area is kept clean and free of greasy smell. In my mosthumble opinion, if you haven't tried chipotle, you are not missing much. Save your money and visit taco bells instead. Place needs some serious help from front office or a new managing partner. Went to pick up an order at 6:45. Went up to the... counter to ask for salad dressing and was sold they don?t have salad dressing there although they have salads on there menu.Then I checked my order and there were no chips in the bag. Went back up to the counter and asked for my bag of chips. I wastold there was none. Running out of chips at 645 is just crazy when that is your number one selling item. When I asked if Iwould receive a refund i was told I would Have to call customer service. They can?t just issue me a credit or a giftcard amountfor the amount the bag of chips was.
