Ordered from the app for a walk in pick up order. When I arrived the door was locked and I was told to wait in the drive thru... Lane which was at least 15 cars long. I ordered avocado toast to go and when I got home I discovered it was avocado bread. I stuck it in my toaster oven with the... toppings on it and attempted to toast it, but I thought I would call the manager just to let her know the staff needs trained. We'll Vicki, the manager told me I it was toasted at the corporate settings. I said it was cold and soft and had not beentoasted. She proceeded to insist I didn't know what I was talking about.
