I've been to the Bastrop store 2 times in the last year. Each time I was charged more for each item than what was on the menu. ... Why have hours if your not open during those hours on multiple occasions I have attempted to order food between 10pm-12am. And... no one answer the machine. So much for customer service!!! On 11/28/22 @ 12:30pm We ordered in the drive thru line, after paying at the window, the guy... asked us to pull around to the front to wait for our food, so we did. When the lady working the front lobby counter came andbrought us our food we asked for jelly and napkins, she rudely stated "im not coming back out here, the guy at the window askedyou. You can come inside or go back around the drive thru to ask." The guy at the window never asked us, but I did go backinside to grab what I needed since customer service isn't expected at this location. She was still very rude at the counter!!! Ihave never heard of a customer service employee saying they will not help! I hope this location will train her to be better atcustomer service! Read more
