I tend to stop by at night for a late night hot chocolate and Ashley is always amazing she is so sweet, gives the best customer... service and makes the best hot chocolate!! Today I had the worst experience. I paid 3.01 for a coffee that wasn't even hot, it was barely. a little warm and when I told... the person at the window she told me that he couldn't do any more because in a few minutes they were going to close and he putmy coffee in the microwave, he gave it to me and it wasn't even hot. when I tried it it was the most horrible coffee I have evertasted.
