Awful customer service, the window lady was super unfriendly and obviously didn?t want to be at work. The fries weren?t full,... and I only purchased a Whopper, Lg fries and an ice water. Fries weren?t full, but were warm. Very cold burger! Not warm, cold.I didn?t want to risk getting a second cold burger so I went back and asked for a partial refund. The exact same window ladyrefused and said the only option was to get another burger to replace it. Definitely not planning on stopping by anytime soon,definitely not at night. I've never had an issue with this location. Always fast and friendly service. They also never messed up my order.
They were out of Ranch dip and had no ranch dressing ....this is. Beginning to be the norm of all my favorite fast food places... which I don't frequent. The lady was on drive thru though and taking eat in orders and she did go to the cooler and ask threeemployees that blew her off about the ranch. She made another trip to the cooler just to make sure when they were unhelpful.This is a VERY BUSY location ..they were giving their best...but I was on time crunch with a very important appt...they coulduse some better teamwork. The staff there seemed to be dazed and confused and didn?t really want to make food the way people wanted it! Also felt like... they kept coming out from the back to the front of house and staring at guest awkwardly while the dining room was not thecleanest the cashier finally came out and swept by door and walked to back and left the rest un attended!
