Chipotle is always consistent. The food is good. Fast very friendly service, especially for a brand new restaurant. Update: if... you order through the app, the food is never ready on time. The last two times we got food they shorted us orders and theguacamole was brown. Read more
If you order online and try to pick up be prepared to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for your order. They never have them ready... EVER. Then more than likely the order will be wrong. Don't bother asking for extra rice or meat they never do give you any. Soyour paying for extra and not getting it. A majority of the time the girl in the drive thru has a nasty attitude. Doesn't eventalk or respond to you. Just moans or groans "mmhm" to everything. I was super excited for this chipotle to open since wealready live pretty far from Eastgate. I went there today and got two steak bowls. There was only one girl on counter and she was absolutely killing it, super fast,... got the orders right and just completely on it. Give that girl a raise. Oh and she was the sweetest most personable person, I'veseen in any chipotle in a long time, the cashier was very sweet and fast as well. Which is very refreshing. Not only that myorder today tasted so fresh and the steak is cooked to perfection. 10/10 would recommend Batavia Chipotle over any of thesurrounding areas. Keep up the good work!! Read more
I try not to eat out much, so going to chipotle is a treat. Every time I walk in to this brand new location they are out of... something. Today it was veggies and forks. So I should eat w my hands??? The manager should have sent someone to get some fromanother location. Food is meh at best. Proteins are dry and they present themselves as if they have no idea what they are doing.It?s not super busy. One or 2 people ahead of me. What a shame because in the theory this should be the best choice ofrestaurants for this location. I will not return to this location. Read more

EDIT 11/29/22: I decided to try this location ONE more time, and during dinnertime it was completely dead. Probably because of... all the bad reviews. Instead of ordering online this time, I went inside to order my food. There was NO line and the young guythere behind the counter was very pleasant. We were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I'll add 2 stars back for that. If youcome here, ORDER INSIDE. Three times now I have ordered online to pick up at the window. Every single time they tell me at thewindow that I am going to have to wait longer for my food. I ordered today at 5:45 to pick up at 6. I got there just after 6 anda girl came to the window that clearly had no idea what to do. She disappeared and 10 minutes later a manager came to the windowand said I'm going to have to wait longer for my food. FORTY minutes later I finally got my food after standing in the store for15 of it. I get home with my food, my order's wrong. Read more
