I have lived in the area 19 years now and have got food from this location a few hundred times. I typically use the drive... through which has been very inconsistent over time, with the employees typically forgetting someting in the order about 1 inevery 4 to 5 visits. Today was 2 times in a row that they failed to complete the order and I had to drive back to get someonions. I was a little put off, but I know things do happen. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the hopes that themanagement would take action to work on correcting the issue moving forward. Instead I got a dismissive attitude from a youngpetite blond girl with braces, who I am assuming could be a trainer, in that she was defending their errors due to new employeesthat were just learning. These issues have been going on for years at this location. I can deal with mistakes, but I can'ttolerate rudeness to accompany those mistakes. I likely won't return. I suggest , get a new trainer, or retrain the trainer.Maybe also address that rudeness and dismissiveness are not ways to keep your customers. Read more
Females inside were very rude to customers. Kept forgetting what we ordered and what to bring. Had to ask multiple times about... different parts of our order. Talked very rudely about customers when they left and used foul language. Skip this one and stopin Mt. Orab instead. Read more

We went to eat at this restaurant. The manager Christine was amazing. However, the way her employees were treating her and... disrespecting her was unacceptable! When she asked them to do something they would yell at her and complain very loudly! Something needs to be done about these young kids before you lose a good employee like Christine! She is a hard worker and wasdoing everything herself! She needs people who will help her and not yell at her! She needs support from higher ups! As acustomer I couldnt even enjoy my meal because all I heard was employees (with the exception of Christine) complaining the entiretime! Read more
