It seems no matter what you sit in the drive through for waaayyy too long. The staff takes forever to get to the person at the... menu and order speaker. They also do not greet you when you pull up. I often wait 3-5 minutes for someone to say anything. Myexperience at other McDonald's locations in their drive through, they usually greet you almost within seconds and say thatsomeone will be right with you if they can't get your order right away. Maybe they need to add another person on the drivethrough headsets to just greet their customers. The food is always pretty good, fresh and hot. Stop there on my way home from Kings Island first they had one of their Lanes closed second I sat there for a good 20 minutes... before even getting up to the ordering menu asked for a milkshake they denied my request even though this is the 24-hourlocation, after contemplating leading or ordering something I didn't really want I decided to order a caramel macchiato theythen proceeded to almost deny my request but then they approved it well then they have a sign up that says they'll provide you afree cookie if they don't ask you about your McDonald's rewards and they didn't so I asked for my free cookie again I was deniedthen I had to ask for a straw for my caramel macchiato now granted this is like a good half hour of being in line before Iactually received my order very disappointed and very let down do not recommend! Everytime I go here something is messed up or they are out of something. I once sat in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru... waiting to move. It took them at least ten minutes for them to come on the speaker for each person. I went through around 6 amfor some breakfast another time. I sat at the speaker for five or six minutes just repeatedly saying "hello". No one answered. Ipulled into a parking spot and called. A lady answered and said that they weren't open because she was the only one that showedup. No sign on the drive thru speaker or anything. Not the only time that they have closed either. I gave two stars only becauseif you go between 9-12 pm you normally don't have issues. Any other time forget it something will be messed up. In the last 5 years of coming to this McDonald's I have never once had a great, good, average, or even mediocre experience. The... lines are always long and backed up because of how slow things move inside. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the speaker,you'll then wait another 5 before someone takes your order. Following that will he another 5-10 minute wait (sometimes longer)before you get to the window to pick up your food. All the while you can see 5+ employees screwing around in the store, blastingmusic so loud from the kitchen that you can hear it over the order speaker, through both the pay and pick up window. Finally,after your 25+ minute wait you'll get your food only to find its either cold, or been left in a warmer for so long that yoursoft items are now hard and crunchy. On the plus side, their ice cream machine always seems to be in working order. And forthat, they get 2 stars. Read more
