Came in to grab a burger and tots. Took forever to get my order taken. She couldn't hear me. Then it came out wrong. When I... called back to tell her, she mimicked me and I saw her do it. Then the manager on duty brought me the correct burger, or so Ithought, but it had cheese on it. How can you not just do a burger with no cheese, plain, add BBQ sauce? It is not rocketscience. Done.
