Came in to grab a burger and tots. Took forever to get my order taken. She couldn't hear me. Then it came out wrong. When I... called back to tell her, she mimicked me and I saw her do it. Then the manager on duty brought me the correct burger, or so Ithought, but it had cheese on it. How can you not just do a burger with no cheese, plain, add BBQ sauce? It is not rocketscience. Done. I eat at this Sonic several days a week. What is really bad here is the fact that several of their screens are never working and... they don't have the decency to put a sign on the ones not working so you can tell. You have to pull in and out until you findone that works. The servers are great the food is good but it is ridiculous that it is so much trouble to place an order. Ownersyou need to do better! I ordered my food from the app, and it was NOTHING like when I ordered!
