Cold chicken wings, warm coleslaw, fries good, but no ketchup, pop was good, toast was soft.

Very slow service for a grilled chicken house salad. 3 orders came up before mine and they a 3 ordered after me. Staff was... mostly standing around. No urgency in fixing anyone's order. Stopped at Zaxby's Batesville last night (8/3/22) to pick up a late dinner, went through the drive-thru and placed my order and... paid. I was asked to pull up and my order would be brought out shortly, 25 minutes later and no food. I went inside toinquire where my order was and had to yell to even get an employee's attention. There were no customers in the dining room andno customers in the drive thru. Presented my receipt to a worker from the drive thru and they acted like they had never seenme. Another customer, who was behind me and was also ask to pull to a parking place, had also not received their food, andasked for a refund. A third customer had been sent to a parking spot and had not received his food as well. The night managerwas requested to come to the front, after both of us explaining what our complaint was she did not offer an apology, she didnot comp the meal or even offer a free meal for my next visit. The other customer pointed this out to her and at that point sheoffered an apology but only because he had pointed this out. If this is what Zaxby's has come to it might be time to close thedoors. I will not be returning to this Zaxby's again. If the regional manager even reads this review, you might want to dosome training with your staff! Read more

I was bragging about them, but now I would tell everyone to go to McDonald's. All but two of the employees were playing around,... the chicken wings were over cooked and cold and I never heard of using corn meal on fried pickles ( use flour). I will not beback. Less than one star Read more

I?m tired of paying for food that I?m waiting to eat and never get what I actually order. If I ask for extra cheese then give me... extra cheese. I wanted fried chicken and got grilled chicken. Me and my mom want some zaxby's chicken and it was around 9:00 PM that we wanted some anyways we pulled up to the menu to order... and the lady that was taken our orders was not talking loud enough to hear and also didn't want to listen to us when we told herwe wanted 2 orders of the (boneless chicken wings with no sauce on them) she try to say we can't have 2 orders only 1 and my momtold her we want 2 separate orders anyways we pulled up after we finally got her to hear us and it took forever there was along line already and a lot of people waiting for their orders when we got to the window the lady that was taking our order Iguess had to get a manager to take care of it because it was wrong and I video record most of the conversation and it shows thatthey had masks on and gloves but the bad part is is one of the managers I think in red had a glove on and itched her head whenshe still had the glove on and she kept it on the whole time while I was recording she started to get drinks ready for the nextorder I guess but she was touching things after she touched herself with that same glove touched her hair I don't think that'svery sanitary but at least we got our orders right and yes the food is good sometimes when they make it right just thought Iwould let people know maybe they need to do a course on food and health safety with everyone in there just to make sure thatthey know what to do next time. Oh and I can't upload a video that is larger than 30 seconds so I guess I won't be able to showthat the woman in the red shirt was doing what I said but it's ok I will send it to the corporate office so they know to dosomething about it. Go here all the time and have never had any issues. Food?s always good and fast to get to me. Employees are nice and... accommodating. Would recommend this Zaxby?s if you?re in the area and need a quick, good bite to eat. Read more
