Used to be a great place to get a delicious pizza. However the mismanagement has caused a rapid decline. The place doesn't open... until 4p.m.on a Sunday??? Why bother opening. Take your $ elsewhere like I will be. Read more
First off, the chubby girl (just for descriptive purposes, not ragging on her weight), with the nose piercings had a very bad... attitude. I'm not sure if she was upset at the guy who was working with her, or the fact that a Black man had come into herplace of employment, either way, she clearly showed on her face that she wasn't in the mood to deal with me. She only gave metwo options for individual slices, when clearly the menu board had more. When she went to put my pizza in the oven to warm itup, she handled it as if it was trash to her, throwing it around. Then, she takes it out of the oven after only one minute, putsit in a box brings it over to me, hands it to me and then she goes to the back. I check it and he pizza is literally still cold.I get her attention and ask her could she please put it back in the oven because it's still cold, she really didn't like this,and her face showed it. I didn't like her attitude, the way she handled my food, that I had already paid for, and lastly, thepizza wasn't even good. The place needs to be revamped, starting with the employees. Read more
Respect to the price what they offering, quality and taste of pizza is not good at all. We have ordered VEG pizza while... traveling towards Niagara, the Pizza base was harder than usual and topping were less and It's too costly. In the same price youwill get better Pizza with lots of toppings in Cumberland Pizza house in RI. I would suggest in future if you guys get chance tovisit RI, stop by Cumberland house Pizza and try it then I bet you It will make you think so you (Rico pizza) how can improvequality and taste in lesser price.
