Amazing customer service!!! I come here often for my lunch break, and my food is usually ready within a few minutes. Today,... however, it took a bit longer and every employee went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied during my wait. I was alsogiven a refund and two free cookies without even asking! Very terrible experience at this location. Placed a mobile order that wasn?t ready when we arrived so we were seated and asked... to wait. We waited 30 more minutes in the store before somebody assisted us only to find out our order had been made but hadbeen sitting for the past 20 minutes since no one called our name. The food was cold so we asked them to remake it which tookanother 30 minutes and we were refunded half the order. Upon opening the bag the shrimp nachos we ordered were missing shrimp aswell as 3 other toppings. Will not be returning very disappointed. Read more
Fresh food with many options such as burrito bowls, quesadillas, street tacos, and more. I enjoyed my veggie bowl, tasted... delicious and happily devoured the whole thing. Cost is around $9 but charges extra if you get mushrooms + guacamole ????. Wouldhighly recommend to try their food. Read more
Terrible, went there during a slow time of day and even though they were over staffed, the place was a mess. The server fixing... my burrito drug it through spilled sauce on the bar. Then rolled it up with the sauce I didn't order on the outside of my foil.I had to clean it to tear away foil at my table. Also the girl checking me out couldn't tell me if the fountain drink choiceshad root beer. I mean really! There were only 6 choices when I walked over there. Disappointing to say the least.
