Order wasn?t made correctly and the food was not hot
Comically unprepared. Went through the drive-through at 5:25 p.m. on a Thursday. Ordered unsweetened iced tea. No unsweetened... iced tea. Ordered two tacos. No tacos. Third time's a charm, right? Ordered Breakfast Jack. Grill is being cleaned. On Friday.At 5pm. Had to wait in the drive-through line for quite a while behind the car at the window to go get food at Sonic. Pleaseshut this place down so someone who wants to run a Jack in the Box can buy it and sell us tacos and iced tea. Read more

The employee with the tattoo of butterflies on her neck had an attitude with me after having to issue me a refund because they... didn?t have the stuff to make me a jumbo jack jr. Mind you she originally submitted an order for the regular size jumbo jack. Ihad no idea she submitted the order like that until I heard the total and noticed it was higher than the price expected, so Ipolitely verified and corrected her. She then tells me that they didn?t have the stuff to make it because they ran out of thesmaller patties. She asked if I wanted a refund I said yes. So she said with an attitude well give us back our burger, mind youshe never even handed me anything. I let her know that no one gave me a burger and she just got upset.
