Dined in. The soda machine was out of service at the front, which is fine -- maintenance happens. But there were no refills... allowed whatsoever once a drink was ordered (filled at drive-thru) Plus, it took about 25 minutes to get our food with noapology for the delay. I work in customer service and don't ever leave negative reviews, but good grief. Read more

Cashier took my order then walked out the toor to get on the phone never gave me my drink cups nor mug receipt. Waited on my... order extremely too long. Another customer comes in makes an order and gets hers within minutes. Had to ask for my order. Foodwas nasty. Service was horrible. Read more
Attempted to eat inside on my lunch break but the dining room was closed. I then went to the drive-through in which I was the... only vehicle.
