Ive been to this location plenty of times, this is the first time I?ve received unbelievable service like this!! Blayze was... amazing!!! They were very attentive and quick, they had a great personality that radiated through the mask!! Day 1: This place was a welcome surprise. I was looking for a late lunch. I walked in and just before seating me, the hostess... yells what sounds like ?earshay? and everyone else says it, too! Cool welcome?I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted byMason. I asked what I should try as a first timer. He recommended the Spicy Creamy Vegan and the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura. The Spicy Creamy Vegan Shrimp Tempura reminded me of a Bang Bang Shrimp, but these were huge and a lot more flavorful. Thebalance of the spicy with the crispiness of the tempura and flavor of the shrimp was really nice. Shortly after beginning toenjoy my shrimp, my ramen arrived. I like how each person I encountered seemed so glad to be there. I must say, it wasrefreshing. The Spicy Creamy Ramen was simply beautiful and smelled amazing. Mason showed me how to use my chop sticks andspoon to lift the ramen from the bottom of the bowl to mix it and even out the temperature of the dish. From my first bite tomy last was absolutely scrumptious. And the sweetest thing ? there was a cute little message at the bottom of the bowl??NoRamen. No Life.? But that?s not all. When you leave, they yell something that sounds like ?airigotto?. I have to warn you: The portions are extremely filling. If you want a great time, with great people, and great food, you absolutely must visitMason at the bar at Jinya! Day 2: I came back and got the Jalapeño Buttered Corn, Crispy Chicken, Sautéed Broccolini,Caramelized Cauliflower, Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura (again), and Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen (again). The Jalapeño Buttered Cornwas sweet corn sliced off of the cob with the kick of fresh jalapeño. Loved this! The Crispy Chicken was really good. Crispyon the outside and tender on the inside. This Jinya location is veryyyy small compared to others so be prepared to be on their waitlist if you go during peak times... (lunch/dinner hours). I do like how they still seat you even though your entire party isn?t there yet. Some places do not seatyou until everyone is there. I highly recommend eating the Jinya pork bun, takoyaki (presentation is beautiful but more batterthan octopus which kinda sucks, still decent to eat though!), spicy chicken ramen, tonkotsu black ramen, tonkotsu spicy ramen,and salmon poke mini tacos. I suggest adding green onions, corn, bamboo shoots, nori, and an egg to your ramen! Service ispretty good especially for a place consistently steady from open to close. The ramen broth is kind of salty compared to otherlocations, and they are out of stuff more frequent than usual so be careful with that. Food was good, but we went on a Wednesday and they were out of several items--wontons, seaweed salads and crispy rice. Also,... the music was loud enough that normal conversations across the table were difficult (I get it, I'm old, but save that volume forclubs).
