Went from a 5 star to a 1 star in one meal. My son ordered chicken and waffles. He said this is how you can judge a restaurant... in the south (it was his first visit) and boy was he right. This was $14.50 and listed on the menu in the section with the 12oz ribeye so we thought it would be a "better" option. We were wrong. These waffles came straight out of a toaster. I recallmaking these myself before school. Leggo my Eggo! I have had better waffles at every hotel I have been to in the last 10years. I told them that this was embarrassing. I was told it was due to cutbacks and time to make but they are still made forthem. Again, per my vast hotel experience, it takes about 2 and a half minutes to make a waffle and it even dings when done soyou can gather the rest of your food while waiting. I would not recommend getting this and can't recommend the restaurant anylonger as I'm concerned about other shortcuts that may be being made. Read more
Tried this place today and I was very impressed with the wings... Great flavor, hot, fresh, and a decent size. I got 10... traditional wings with two flavors, Daytona sauce(top) and Wingin' It sauce (bottom) Both flavors were amazing! The fries weregood as well. Chaos and poor customer service for basic food. Poorly maintained restrooms and a bit dirty. (Check the buildup of grime and... dense cobwebs on stall doors). Servers not professional and lacked integrity when making excuses for the 45 minute wait for anorder of wings. No one tried to make he order right by offering to bring freshly cooked food after it was discovered that ourmeal sat in boxes for 30 minutes lost in the kitchen. We totally did not want or need a discount but freshly cooked food wouldhave been a great option along with a server who was trained and supported to take responsibility for error. Great food with some of the best wings in town. Staff is always friendly and attentive. This is one of our weekly go to spots.... The variety on the menu has something for everyone. The chicken sliders are basically boneless wings on a bun with any flavorsauce available for their regular wings. The onion rings and sweet potato fries are really good. The only thing that would makethis place better is more variety of sports on the many TVs around the restaurant. I think the TVs are split into 3 groups whichmakes it to where they can only show 3 different things at once. Would be nice to be able to see all of the games on a Sundayafternoon. Read more
