The burger was decently warm, not hot. The fries were barely warm, when I got to the pay window I added a large fries NO SALT.... At the receiving window I tasted both orders of fries; the large no salt were cooler than the fries that came with the combo. Iasked how long was ther wait for hot fries, the young lady said, "5-7 minutes". Being displeased, i just drove away. It's sad, aperson can be trained to complete a task, but you cannot train a person to care. Good custom service no longer exist. Read more
So i had to order from y?all because the one on Florida completely messed up the order. Thinking y?all were going to do things... right, I ordered a mcgriddle 2 hash browns and a mocha frappe.
