Definitely a cool place to hang out in Baton Rouge. The food was pretty good but just a tad heavy. For example the cheese... fries were a bit heavy on the cheese and light on fries. The bloody mary was good but initially missing the garnish which wehad to ask for. The beer selection is quite impressive and top notch. Kelly and the crew are doing an awesome job. For a great taste in some him cooking and a great selection in beers and wines Mud... City Beer Garden is the place to come to. A little pricier but we?ll worth it. Lucie kept checking on me making sure I was takencare of and the food was awesome. They are dog friendly with a large open air dining area that gives you a great view of thestreet. If you?re having a party I would suggest coming here. I didn?t need to see the indoor dining area to know this place isgreat. Best part is that you won?t see a sign advertising who they are. You just see a restaurant and wonder what they arecooking.
