Great food! We ate the all you can eat dinner and love it. Will definitely be back.
My son and daughter in law have eaten there twice before tonight. They spoke of great customer service. My wife and I decided to... go with them tonight (9/3/22). Jennifer was our waitress. She did a great job for us. She was very attentive and friendly. Joshthe owner/manager stopped by to apologize for some slow service due to losing two staff members who quit in the middle of a verybusy time. Speaks volumes when a business admits to a problem rather than pretend it isn't a problem. This business cares abouttheir customers. GREAT customer service. So I got to the restaurant around 5:00pm to have dinner with my Lady before I had to go to work for 7:00pm. We thought we would... try the buffet. The place was nearly empty. I say that to drive home the point that it took almost 30 to 45 minutes for the foodto come. It was a simple order. Yet they didn’t make it right. Plu the portion size that came the table should nave taken 45minutes to get to the table. So I spoke to the manager. Which didn’t make any difference. The Man put a piece of Salmon infront of me that was paper thin and over cooked to the point that it couldn’t be eaten. It was rock hard. At this point it’s6:45 the only thing I was able to eat was a like five or six half inch pieces of bland over cooked steak and a few hush puppieswith a Coke Zero. The seafood my Lady ordered. She said was undercooked an not seasoned well. It was both a waste of our timeand money. I spent over $60 and left the restaurant angry and I working a twelve hour shift and I’m still hungry ????. Todaywas the only time me and my Lady will see each other again for three days. And the Manger seemed to not care that we weredisappointed with the situation. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was great and so was the food. We purchased the all you can eat and... everything we tried was really good and we had a variety. We had boiled, fried, hibachi, wings, spring rolls, etc. It all cameout fresh and surprisingly fast. The kids, who normally waste money and food, ate everything. We read some of the less thangreat reviews and we didn't know what to expect. We left impressed and plan to come back soon. Read more
