I placed a mobile order and showed up to the store 8-10 minutes after, when the app told me to come. I went through the drive... thru to grab it really fast since no one was in the line and when I got handed my drink, she told me that I should not beshowing up until 10-15 minutes after my order was placed because they will prioritize in store customers before anyone else. Itotally understand that but the way she talked to me about it had me very annoyed. What is the difference of showing up afterplacing an order 8 minutes ago and having someone else order through the DT? Barista Jay (Navy Veteran) was honestly the sweetest and probably the best server I got and I've been going to the Starbucks... three times a week for at least 6 months. He was very friendly and took time out to have a simple conversation with me thismorning instead of just taking my payment and closing window which really made my day a much better start! Read more
Terrible location. If the drive-thru gets too long, you get stuck in the parking lot for who knows how long. Not only that, SOME... of the staff members are very rude, the service is very slow. I ordered through the app and it said my order would be ready at 9:09. I arrived a little after that and couldn?t get into the... parking lot to park because of the drive thru line, so I went to the Waffle House next door and parked there. Ended up steppingin mud trying to get to Starbucks (not y?all?s fault but I was already annoyed). I got inside around 9:15 and only my drink wasready. I asked a barista who was picking up orders for the drive thru line and she said they were a little behind on orders. Isat and waited about 10 more minutes and then went up to the register to ask. The girl there seemed confused when I showed herthat I ordered a pastry too and she said they were a little behind and went back to check. Like 5 min later she came back andsaid they were out of the pastry I ordered, that was the issue. She didn?t offer anything to replace it with so I just said Iwas leaving and walked out. I called the store and they said I could come back for them to give the stars I used on my app backto me, but I?m 100% not doing that because I?m not dealing with this parking lot again.
