I just purchased a veggie sandwich and it was cold. I came back to ask them to redo my sandwich. The owner tells his employees... to put it in the oven. I told him I wanted it to be replaced. He told me no because nobody can make the veggipattie sandwichhot. I eat the veggie patty sandwich from many different locations including this one and it has always been hot.
