Ordered my food online and it told me waiting time was about an hour. It was a Friday so I understood. Showed up when my food... was expected to be done and STILL had to wait another hour! Nobody greeted me even tho I walked in and out multiple times. Butevery other person before and after me got greeted. The kitchen workers (2 total on a Friday night) were arguing and yelling andthreatening to fight some customers that were unhappy with their orders. I had to walk out at one point because it felt sounsafe and like at any moment shots would pop off. They told me after 2 HOURS of waiting for my food that they were out offries. It took 2 hours for me to get 10 boneless wings and no fries. I asked for a refund instead and she said she couldn?t giveme one. Asked for a receipt to show what time I actually received my food vs when I ordered it, and she said she could not evenprint me a receipt. Hands down the worst location and worst staff I?ve experienced so far. No wonder I see so many wingstopmanagement positions on indeed every week. Smh. This is the worst. I literally stood at the register for 7 minutes before anyone said anything to me and there was two employees... standing at the register. They need to hire Audrey back because Wingstop has not been the same since she left the company!!!! Read more
Tried Wing Stop again. First time was a total bust, wrong order, bad food. But I think everyone deserves s second chance,... right? WRONG. The boneless wings we got were uneatable. There was almost no chicken, it was 99% very greasy batter. If thatwasn?t bad enough, they were so salty, it made me nauseated. This was the last time I try their wings. Placed my order, the app said it was an 18 minute wait, after 18 minutes, I got the email confirmation is was done. When I went... inside it was packed and 7 other people were waiting for there order. I guess they were plucking the feathers off the chickensin the back because I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES for my online order on top of the 18 minutes!!! How in the world isthis place still open?! I would have left if I didn?t already pay online. Makes me sick how SLOW people are. It?s freakingchicken! ***UPDATE!!! I have had only 1 good experience...food ok if fresh. Staff young adults lack professional ethics, eat and on phone while... preparing order. If called in still have to wait. Just all around sad...including management. Never going back! Read more
