Went in right before they closed their lobby and had 4 kids with me. The kids all ordered special drinks and changed their minds... several times. The employees were patient and kind. I apologized several times only to be told it was ok and not a big deal ??.Then they let us sit in lobby well beyond closing. Kudos to these people ???? they could've absolutely been annoyed (rightfullyso too) and asked us to leave as they were closing lobby, but instead they were so kind to us and made this mom's evening sonice. They don?t offer a light roast coffee. What kind of coffee place doesn?t have a light roast coffee??? All their regular black... coffee taste burnt and dark roasted. Drinks are too sweet. Certain Staff can be rude. No thanks. Read more
Visited about two weeks after state reopening. The coffee was made following the recipe, it was busier in the drive thru which... is why I went in. The COVID protective plexiglas was in place but dirty, the whole store was which really could have beenexcusable due too reopening from Pandemic but it?s dusty and there?s cobwebs on the display. So I ordered a redbull mocktail and watched them make it- perfectly fine, all it needed was a lid. The girl then proceeds to... dump out a good 1/3 of it and tops it off with more lemonade. I ask them to remake it and the girl with brown hair and a headseton rolls her eyes, grabs the drink and slams it down and complains about remaking it. Poor blonde chick was just trying to benice about it and the other girl ruined the vibe. You could literally see the lemonade in it. I basically got a flavoredlemonade- no rebull.
