Consistently screws up door dash orders. Usually it's just forgetting the extra sauces I want to try, but this time they... completely neglected to include the curly fries that were supposed to come with the order. I have tried them several times inthe last few months, always hoping that the next time they will get it right, as the wings themselves are good, and the laterhours are appreciated, but at this point I think I'm done. I've always got good wings from there, but this last order I got door dashed was absolutely disgusting. I don't think I've ever... written a bad review before bit this one deserves it. We ordered 32 bone in wings, 4 different flavors. The wings arrivedlooking like they were already half eaten. Most of the wings only had half the meat on them and there were several wat had nomeat at all. The missing meat was in a soupy soggy shredded pile at the bottom of the container. I tried to eat some anywaysbecause I was very hungry. What I did eat was textured like a soft mushy meat with some very dry chewy parts. Huge let down,worst wings I've ever had. Super disappointed. For a place that does ?just wings? they?re just mediocre, at best. The skin was not crispy at all. The... drummies were super fatty. The sauce was so thin that it had mostly slid off the wings by the time the order was delivered. Noheat to the Buffalo sauce. No garlic flavor in the garlic Parmesan sauce. Fries were decent, but just tasted like something fromGFS. Only positive was that the order was ready sooner than originally quoted. Will not be ordering from this place again. Read more
I guess much like other people have experienced my wings arrived undercooked, leaving me irritated and hangry and a restaurant... not knowing how to properly cook Chicken. This virtual restaurant is run by Chili's and leave me not wanting to visit themagain. I understand being short staffed or busy but undercooking chicken is a health hazard. Read more

This place is Chilis poor quality food. Didnt know that when I placed my order. They took my money when I ordered and when I... went to pick up the food, I was told they were out of wings and had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a refund to my card. Why wouldthey take my money when they knew they were out of wings? Poor management. Read more
