Ordered a small pizza and wings. The wings arrived , no pizza. Ah hour and a half later still no pizza . Never Jets again.
This is probably the best jets that there is, the one on Columbia road is always so courteous and eager to help. I like that... they keep my order on file so I can easily reorder if I want. The ingredients on the pizzas seem to be fresh and I love thecrust. I believe Chris is the clerk who normally waits on me and he is very polite and helpful. Read more

Went to do a pick up order for work and was disappointed and disgusted. I ordered a ham and cheese boat and got a bread, cheese,... and rotten lettuce boat. I never had this problem before. Maybe it was the employee who was working at the time, but they justlost a loyal customer. I would drive by, at least, 7 of their competitors to get theirs...not anymore ???? Read more
