My wife and I ordered a couple of bowls. Ordering was very easy with a large variety of choices. The medium spiced green salsa... was just the right heat for my wife and I added some jalapeño Tabasco to hit my heart point. The portions were generous and thetastes were spot on. I've never been to a Chipotle with such rude employees. I have been to this Chipotle 4 times since they've opened and every time... I have been treated so poorly. Today I submitted an online order and I sat at the pick up window for 5 minutes before one of the3 employees standing around by the window even looked my way. Then, the woman who opened the window was cold and short, andhanded me my food that had been sitting on the shelf getting cold. This place is absolutely filthy. The floors behind the counter looks like they haven?t been cleaned all day. I think I may... report this to the Washington state health department. Saw a person using a very dirty rag to clean the prep area. Employeeswere sitting on trash cans as the prep Food. Trash was everywhere in the seating. Area. And the soda station was closed by whatlooked like a post Apocalyptic barrier of chairs. The outside was so messy that it was a scene from the movie the birds. Battleground Chipotle was the worst experience I've had. There were about 6 employees on 8/18/22 at about 4:45pm and they were... all standing around. Many of the food containers were empty or close to empty and when we asked if we can have certain thingsthey told us they were out. For example... we wanted guacamole but there was a bin of avocados right behind them on thecounter. I asked if I could just have sliced avocado added to top since there was no guac and they said no. I asked multiplepeople. Very unhelpful, horrible service... it felt like they all thought the customers were a hassle for them to deal with. Will not go back to that location. Read more

Artificially friendly and this time around I said what I wanted and they gave me the opposite of what I said or none of what I... asked. Rush rush and no eye contact.
