This is the SLOWEST DAIRY QUEEN EVER!!!! Literally 3 cars in drive through and took 25 min to order; not even get my food. It?s... a bunch of kids working that don?t know anything and the worst customer service ever. I would give zero stars if I was allowed. Read more

Waited 45 minutes at a very busy time of day, so I figured it was justified until I saw people that arrived 30 minutes after me... get food. Never going here again for sure. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with extra pickle, which I was CHARGED for both, I got one extra pickle and crumbled bacon. There... was NO hamburger patty and the cheese was cold. So disappointed in this Dairy Queen since the pandemic hit. They?ve gonedownhill and charging for every little thing they can. I don?t mind paying extra for things IF the quality was good. The lasttime we were in the MANAGER didn?t even want to give me ranch that I was willing to pay for after I ordered and sat down. It?sgoing to be a long time before we come back to this location!!
