Ordered an hour early to make sure I could get the kids fed before bedtime. Supposed to be ready at 7. 7:30 rolls around and... finally get food. What I didn't get was a sorry it was late or anything resembling that. I get sometimes you're busy but whenit's ordered ahead and a half hour late is expect at least a "sorry about the wait". We have been to this location a handful of times, and had both good and bad experiences, the food is usually consistent, but... server experiences vary widely. Recently we had Joey as our server and he was fantastic. He checked on us periodically, asked ifwe wanted refills, boxes, extra fries- he definitely provided the level of service you expect when coming to a chain restaurant. Read more
My curbside order burger was burnt to a crisp. I ordered the haystack double and a avo Cabo Salad for my wife. It smelled burnt... when I received the order and brought it into my car. When I got home I opened the burger and it was completely burnt,charcoaled. I was really hungry so I tried to take a few bites and it was not edible, had to throw it away.
