Great Service good Food cashier Very kind bathroom Clean just excellent
Worst manager I've ever dealt with. Not just unprofessional, just blatant negativity all around. Drove 30 mins home to open the... wrong order that I just paid $30 for and tried to get a refund but she wouldn't let me speak, she yelled and spoke over me andsaid the dine in area was closed so I couldn't get a refund or the right food, not only that, she stated she would call the copsif I came up there since it was after hours. Knowing I wouldn't have a leg to stand on since she would be the victim here, I wasforced to retreat and eat left overs from the night before. If I ever return here it will be to order $250 worth of food to makeher work a little harder next time instead of throwing an order together since it was time to close. Oh yea she also made mepull up in the drive through, I'm assuming not run the timer up since it was half an hour before they closed and they had nofood ready. I get people want to get home asap but at least have some food available for customers up until you close. If theestablishment has any respect and pride for themselves they will look into removing this individual from this location. Imembarrassed to have this human being carrying a manager title smh.
