Everytimg I go to this taco bell which is more often then I would like to admit I ask for extra cheese which you have to pay for... and maybe 1 out of 20 times does it actually happen, but I don't wanna hold up the drive through line to check my items to seeif they are made as requested. I always ask for light lettuce and extra cheese and the extra cheese is 30 cents per item extra,it hardly ever ends up getting done properly. Seems as though they focuse on speed instead of quality one time same order Iended up with light cheese and extra lettuce but paid for extra cheese for 3 items. Read more
Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order and was told that they were sorry but their... computers were down and that there was nothing they could do for me. Whatever happened to teaching your employees how to thinkoutside of the box and maybe asking the customer could pay cash. There was none of that and they told me that since theircomputers were down I would have to go elsewhere. Let me tell you if I was the general manager of this establishment I'd behighly upset with my employees not willing to go the extra mile for the customer and at least teach them to take cash orderslike the old fashion days rather than turning away customer after customer.
