Edit had to change my review because I visited this location recently and they are doing much better. Food and quality are good... and the customer service is amazing and down to earth. Things change. The service and food quality and cooks. Are slowingdeclining at This five guys. The service and customer service used to be great at this location. But that is going away. We wentand got both our order wrong and didn?t do their signature fill the fries to the bottom of the bag. We then waited for anotherbag of fries which was nice but the fries were soggy and gross. We got home and realized our burgers had other toppings wedidn?t ask for. We called up asked if we could be compensated. They offered 20% off our next meal. Yea no thanks we want arefund. We wrote a letter and got 20$ in gift card even though our order was 27$ how do you expect to keep customers like that?Will admit though the manager was nice just didn?t really give us good compensation for our meal. Anyways other locations aregreat. The food is usually Awesome at five guys but this shop is on the slow decline. Would recommend hitting another shop up. Read more
Is there any better smell on earth than burgers and fries cooking? If you love burgers and are not allergic to peanuts I hope... you've tried 5 guys. They use peanut oil and have stacks of bags of peanuts in the restaurant so of you have a peanut allergy Iwould stay away, and also I feel very badly for you that you cannot eat a 5 guys burger or peanutbutter. Anyway, their burgersare not just good for a fast food franchise, they're really good, period. Good meat, peanut oil adds flavor, they use highquality bacon, and there's a ton of toppings to choose from that you can add for free. Their cajun fries are also just about myfavorite fries, and the portion of fries is ridiculous. They give you a cup full of fries in a bag filled with more fries onthe bottom. The shakes are phenomenal as well, super thick, and many flavor options (including peanutbutter, chocolate, oreo,coffee, and BACON! It's got an oldschool 50s style burger joint vibe with the red and white checkered designs and the burgersand shakes. They keep their menu simply but execute to perfection. I tend to post alot of bad reviews of eateries because whenI have a bad experience I want to share it so that others can avoid having one, so I decided that for the sake of balance Ishould add good reviews for local places that really deserve it. Wow, I haven't had five guys in so long. I definitely got the bacon cheeseburger with the works!! And then I tried the grilled... cheese. The grilled cheese was okay nothing crazy. But wow I forgot how delicious that burger was with all them toppings.!! Keepup the excellent work! Read more

Great food! But they skimp on the fries and that?s the best part. For a place that has literal bags of potatoes in the... restaurant they can give you a Five Guys Large Fry where my bag is soaked in peanut oil, not just a cup and a small sprinkle ofextra fries into the bag. Edit: I went in and waited at the counter for someone to come up and take my order. There was no line.The staff was busy, which was fine, except I heard them talking amongst themselves and asking each other who wanted to go up tohelp me out and almost all of them gave a refusing gesture or just straight up said ?nah?.
