Hey, look. I don't like giving bad reviews and I almost feel bad leaving this one (if you look at my profile and see my others I... haven't been so sympathetic in the past but this is the honest truth; it's a chain, probally buy food in bulk (obviously) andhave random entry level / minor experience in anything but fast food. I don't mean offense to anyone working there either I'vejust been around the block. I've eaten everywhere, literally. But I'll say it on the record what to expect. Picture a midbetween a dive bar and 3x quality of McDonald's but 3x less quality of let's say spiro's or even cafe' red, coastal,Verde, postoffice or any of the usual better spots and about 1x less than cheesecake of tikumi which are next door. Went with Sis after ashopping spree and our waitress was pleasant and Cale back every 15inutes or so (I'm low maintenence so that's fine with me) butthe food was just kinda.....idk. a mix between Wendy's and j&r's/outback? Paid $34 for a NY strip, side of mashed potatoes andbroccoli.....everything was....ehhh... To commercial? You're not going to get that authentic taste is all I'm saying. Not what Iremember when I went as a kid 15 years ago. Maybe this is the beginning of the end, who knows but for my $105 bill and $30 tip Iknow from experience I could've gotten more elsewhere. That's all. This comment is more directed at corporate than the hardworking members of my community. I'd give this place 0 Stars if i could. waited 20 minutes to be greeted and received the worst service EVER. a simple appetizer... took forever only to come out wrong, Didn't receive utensils and the waitress would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Worst ofall it wasn't even busy. I've never felt so disrespected would've had better service at a mc donalds . DONT GO TO THIS LOCATIONunless you're willing to be degraded . Read more
Sloppy food, i dont know how someone can mess up a burger so badly, the bottom bun was a soup made of bread and the fries were... old and hard. Also asked for light peppers and the waitress said thats not possible, when the burger came i had to take out thepeppers myself when it could have easily been taken out when putting the burger together. Don't know what happend tonight . Was becoming my favorite Friday night spot but the best thing tonight was the DJ. The orders... took forever, even though we were one of the early birds there. When it came 2 orders were wrong. There was no Buffalo sauce onthe buffalo wings, which is why I come here. We had to ask to bring sauce on the side. The margaritas, were not magaritas, Idon't know what it was but I could not drink it. I tasted the kids lemonade and you had about a 1% hint that lemon was to besomewhere in there. Completely different from the other 4 times. Will not be back in a hurry. It was a turn off. Also no one wewere familiar with was there. There were two main people trying to work the bar and the floor, while you had people waiting forone ofnthe same too to come seat them. Was totally unfair to the workers. They were overwhelm. Unfair.
