I spent my first anniversary there..can't be happier. I wish it was more clean Especially the outside terrace...there was a lot... of huge spider webs.. we enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor beach was amazing although you have to drive to go there... itwas a very nice experience. I spent a day and night along with my family at Ashwood on 23rd Aug 2018. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed the pool and smiling... reception by Majesta. We simply loved it. We're missing our stay there already and planning to stay there again in future. Wealso love the wonderful town of Bayfield. We love its small square market and we also love Berry Farm market. Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent food. Great drinks. Had the bacon wrapped trout and the ribs. Trout was perfect and... ribs were fall off the bone. They also have a pretty good kids menu and are a kid friendly place. Read more

My husband and I attended Ashwood tonight for dinner and 'Buck-a-Shuck' oysters. The oysters enticed us, but the cuisine and... owners completely exceeded our expectations. The hardest decision we had to make tonight was to stop ordering/eating as everyappetizer, entree, and dessert that came out blew our minds. We have eaten at many tasty restaurants and have driven by theAshwood hundreds of times on our way up to cottage country without considering stopping; what a mistake!
