We went to Cafe Bello to celebrate my mom?s 70th birthday, and all I can say is that this place is AMAZING! Truly a hidden gem... right here in Bayonne! The staff was so friendly and attentive and offered their help in getting my elderly father seated! Thefood was absolutely delicious! Real authentic Italian food! The food was excellent we had Mozzarella sticks (????) a pepperoni pizza ???? and for dessert tiramisu and a slice of lemon... meringue pie and a bowl of vanilla ice cream ???? the service was good.. felt it could have been a little better but all in allit was good. Read more
It was my first time at Cafe bello. I was searching for a fine dining restaurant with a nice vibe which really it was. It is a... nice place and the food was delicious. What are the things that I can't say about this place?? Let's start off with a fact that I was told to go here by some of the... locals and I am going to say that I was not disappointed in the least!!! Let me say that again. I loved this place thisplace. So I started off with the mozzarella triangles which were just absolutely incredible. The bread the, and sauce was justtip tops My main dish consisted of rigatoni's ala vodka and I could not be happier with the flavor profile of this dish. Thesauce was rich and creamy, the pasta was cooked al dente, portion size was incredible. In fact I was unable to even finish mymeal. But that's okay because you get a little to-go container and you can finish it when you're back in your hotel!! There wereso many other wonderful options on the menu that I could have stayed here for a month and probably not gone through each item.
