I am 4.4 miles from this store and they refused to deliver to me. I am a ttruck driver and can't just drive my semi to pick up.... The other store is 2.6 miles from me and they refused also. Rotten service with 1 star. I would give 0 if I could. Read more
I placed an order thru the app. The app said one price. Which was fine. And it told me a delivery time. Which was fine. Then I... get a txt message saying that they are using door dash. So I click on the link and the delivery time was an hour later then whatthe app said and the price was $20 more then what the app said. Once again, something has gone wrong with my order.... I placed my order at 5:36 pm (which is the timestamp of the confirmation... email). It is 7:10 pm, and I have not received my order... I called the store and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Calledagain and explained my situation. The person on the other line informed me that the order was just picked up and my order shouldarrive in 10-15 minutes. The emails sent by pizza hut are really miss leading...
