I’ve been to this restaurant many times,in fact it was one of my favorites. My family and myself have shared many holiday and... special occasion there. The past two times have been quite a disappointment. The first time I believe it was Easter I could bewrong but the menu changed to a buffet, well it seems that was the case this time as well..that was Thanksgiving. Made a reservation for a party of 40 and staff + management was extremely disorganized. Guests were upset and it was pretty... embarrassing dealing with the personal complaints coming from my party about the bad service. Food came out an hour and a halflate and many people complained about getting the wrong meal or not getting drinks that they ordered. Staff seemed understaffedand overwhelmed despite me making the reservation two weeks in advance. Server referred to us as "those people" in front ofother guests and servers (we were an entirely African American party) Food was good. Management did try to be accommodating tothe situation. My first time here for date night with my husband. Ambiance was beautiful and warming. Food was superb! Waitress was amazing and... sociable. Drinks were on point. Best mojito I’ve had! That night I had 6! Hostess was so nice! We had no reservations andstill accommodated us. So I definitely recommend make a reservation. I will be going again for my birthday!
