Waited almost an hour for our food and server seemed annoyed when we kept asking about it. We had plans that we were late to... because of wait time after we ordered. Half of food was also not correct when we received but we didn't end up complainingbecause of how late we already were. Read more
Told the waitress no mustard no pepper it was a food allergy for someone at our table mustard came in the burger we alerted the... host to get her and she had the nerve to come up and tell us you didn't say you did not want mustard. Going to Chili's for baby back ribs used to be a treat to look forward to instead of paying premium prices for a horrid dining... experience. Where to begin, the only pleasant part about the visit was being promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. Theservice was marginal, at best; and this, when the restaurant was not busy. It seems that they now water down the salsa if youorder chips and salsa; either that, or they don't bother to stir it before they serve it and just tell you that all the batchesare like that. I've visited other Chili's, in the past, where the salsa looks like salsa and not some watery swill they skimmedoff the top. I ordered a smokehouse combo and paid extra for ribs. Food presentation, when my meal did arrive, was sad to poorat best. The only thing that looked inviting and appetizing was the street corn. I only took a couple of bites from the ribs butdecided to take them home and doctor them up to make them edible because I did pay extra for them. It also took forever to payfor the meal. If this Chili's is an accurate representation of what this restaurant now is, I shall not be returning to aChili's, ever, and will delete the Chili's app from my phone. I can think of less expensive ways to have an unpleasant evening,thank you. Read more
This location was one of the best I've been to. Clean, friendly, and the food was fresh, delicious and hot! This one made me... remember why Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. We moved from the Southwest of Houston and use to go to the one locatedin Missouri City and they were awful. So glad this location knows how to function properly! Read more
